What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email, company, budget range, service interest, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request.
How we store it
Submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Only authenticated admin accounts at The York Agency can read lead records. The database is not publicly readable, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Authentication & access
Administrative access is gated by role-based access control. Privileged database functions are restricted to backend service accounts and cannot be invoked by site visitors or signed-in users directly.
Transport security
All traffic to itsyork.online is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and API calls are encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of any personal information you have submitted by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
